DAY 2
Lima City Tour – Cusco
Tour the cosmopolitan city of Lima known as the City of Kings. It once served as the Vice Royalty to oversee South America by the Spaniards. The historic center of Lima was declared a World Heritage UNESCO in 1988. Travel through its pre-Hispanic, colonial, and modern history of Lima.
Afterward, you may have lunch on your own before your transfer to the airport for a flight to Cusco. Arrive in Cusco the charming city where our staff will meet you and take you to your hotel.

DAY 3
Cusco City Tour
AM or PM Tour the charming city of Cusco walking around admiring the Inca and Colonial architecture. Visit the Cathedral on the Plaza de Armas observing the beautiful altars and paintings. Stroll to the Qoricancha Sun Temple which was not only the most sacred site in the Inca belief but was considered the very center of the Inca world.
Then we will have a cultural visit to the San Pedro Market where the local people shop. Later visit the well-preserved ruins of Sacsayhuaman with its massive, genius built walls which still remain today. Then off to the Qenko ruins which were possibly used for death rituals.
Our final visit will take us to Tambomachay the Inca baths possibly once used as a spa for the Inca ruler. Return to Cusco.

DAY 4
Sacred Valley of the Incas – Train Ride to Aguas Calientes
This morning we depart Cusco to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, a scenic drive admiring the surrounding Andes mountains and valley. We will stop at the Awanacancha Center to see the camelids, alpaca, and llamas. Continue to the Inca ruins of Pisac for a delightful hike walking around the ruins to the Sun Temple to observe the water channels and surrounding agricultural terraces.
After our visit, we will drive down to the town of Pisac for a stroll around the colorful handicraft market where you can pick up some souvenirs. Drive along the Vilcanota River to the town of Urubamba for lunch.
Tour the Inca town of Ollantaytambo and visit the archeological site which faces town. Then observe the Inca planning which is well preserved of this ancient town. Take a scenic train ride to Aguas Calientes to spend the night.

Machu Picchu Tour – Train ride to Ollantaytambo or Poroy Station – Cusco
This morning at the agreed time with your guide set off to the nearby bus station and wait in line for your turn to board the shuttle bus to Machu Picchu, a 25-minute ride. Inhale and exhale as you finally reach the breathtaking Machu Picchu, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. At last, you say.
Enjoy a fantastic historical fun walking tour with your guide of this impressive citadel. Visit the guardhouse, main temples, royal tomb, sacred plaza, and more. After a fabulous time return to town and have lunch before boarding the train to the Ollantaytambo or Poroy station. Return to your hotel in Cusco.
